SKATING TREADMILL

The Synthetic Ice Skatemill is used to improve skating and overall performance in a controlled environment.  These sessions will focus on proper stride techniques and edgework.

RINK SESSIONS

These sessions will include small group training and instruction so you can work on your skating, stickhandling, passing, and shooting on our 1200 square foot synthetic ice mini rink.  It may be mini, but it's like the real thing so you can practice the way you play.
